Re-enrollment items needed to secure your child(ren)'s place in corresponding grade for the 2010-2011 school year are as follows:
Note: All school fees from the previous school year must be paid in full before re-enrollment can begin.
YOU CAN RE-ENROLL ON-LINE THROUGH YOUR PARENT RENWEB PAGE.  (All re-enrollment is to be done on-line.) For instruction, please come into the school office.
     1. Re-enrollment Contract
     2. Re-enrollment Fees (includes student insurance, standardized test, student id badge, FCA yearbook, student agenda) - Fee is Non-Refundable
          $175 through April 30th, 2010
          $225 from May 1st, 2010 
     
The following items must be completed before your child(ren) will be allowed to attend classes for the 2010-2011 school year. Due at Re-enrollment:

1. Tuition Contract
2. Email Address (Mandatory*, if not available, please see Accounting Dept)
3. Proof of Insurance (Medical and/or Accidental)
4. Parent/School Agreement
5. Medical Emergency Release Form (Front and back completed)
6. K3 & K4 only. State licensing medical screening form.
7. K3 & K4 only. Student/Parent Handbook Agreement form completed.
The following payments are due by August 15th:
1. Book Fee (includes text books, SAT workbooks, student learning boards)
     $155 per K3 & K4 student
     $255 per K5 student
     $325 per 1st thru 5th grade student
     $350 per 6th thru 8th grade student
     $400 per 9th & 10th grade student
     $450 per 11th & 12th grade student
2. Supply Pack Fee
     Must be purchased at time of order
School Enhancement Fee (Pay option selected on contract)
     $500 per family (Due April 1, 2011)
