Re-enrollment items needed to secure your child(ren)'s place in corresponding grade for the 2009-2010 school year are as follows:
Note: All school fees from the previous school year must be paid in full before re-enrollment can begin.
YOU CAN RE-ENROLL ON-LINE THROUGH YOUR PARENT RENWEB PAGE.  (All re-enrollment is to be done on-line.) For instruction, please come into the school office.
     1. Re-enrollment Contract
     2. Re-enrollment Fees (Enrollment fee is non-refundable)
          $125 for March
          $150 for April
          $175 for May
          $185 for June
          $195 for July
          $200 for August
     
The following items must be completed before your child(ren) will be allowed to attend classes for the 2009-2010 school year. Due at Re-enrollment:

1. Tuition Contract
2. Email Address (Mandatory*, if not available, please see Accounting Dept)
3. Proof of Insurance (Medical and/or Accidental)
4. Parent/School Agreement
5. Medical Emergency Release Form (Front and back completed)
6. K3 & K4 only. State licensing medical screening form.
7. K3 & K4 only. Student/Parent Handbook Agreement form completed.
The following payments are due by August 15th:
1. Book Fee
     $150 per K3 & K4 student
     $225 per 1st thru 5th grade student
     $250 per 6th thru 8th grade student
     $300 per 9th thru 12th grade student
2. Year Book Fee (Mandatory)
     $30 - K3 -5th
     $35 - 6th - 12th
3. Agenda Fee (Student Handbook Organizer mandatory for 1st - 5th)
     $20 fee per student
4. Supply Pack Fee
     Must be purchased at time of order
5. School Accidental Insurance (Mandatory)
      $25  per family
School Enhancement Fee (Pay option selected on contract)
     $500 per family (Due April 1, 2010)
