Family Christian Academy operates without any financial support from the local tax base or from state or federal government.
DISCOUNTS ON TUITION
Percentage off is on the individual student only, NOT on total tuition. Percentage is based on oldest to youngest child.
- 1st Child No Discount (oldest child)
- 2nd Child 10% off his/her tuition
- 3rd Child 20% off his/her tuition
- 4th or additional Child 30% off his/her tuition
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS - FULL PAYMENT due by August 1st.
- SEMESTER PAYMENT 1st Semester due by August 1st; 2nd Semester due by December 1st ( a $25 late fee will be applied on the 2nd and 15th of each month)
- FACTS - 10-month draft plan (July thru April). Drafted out of checking/savings account on the 5th or 20th of each month.
School Accounting Policies and Procedures REFUND POLICY - Refunds will not be given on text books or agendas after school has started, or if they have been written in.
- School supply fee cannot be refunded.
- Tuition - regardless of how many days a student attends in a month, that month is not refundable.
- Any full or semester payments will be prorated for the next month.
- FACTS agreements will be terminated after current monthly payment is made.
OUTSTANDING BALANCE POLICY FCA’s accounting department policy for outstanding balances at the end of a nine-weeks grading period: - If the balance is under $50 your child’s report card will be blocked.
- Over $50 both your parent’s RenWeb and report card will be blocked.
- You will be notified through e-mail before your account is blocked.
If your tuition balance is 90 days past due, your child or children will not be allowed back into the classroom until the balance is paid in full. For more information call: Craig Gross
